VOCO MELBOURNE CENTRAL, Melbourne – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel was the perfect size for two people, although it was a bit confusing to find reception at first, but that just added to the adventure! The service was top-notch with helpful and friendly staff explaining all available amenities, making the stay very pleasant. The central location gave us access to everything we wanted to experience in Melbourne, though the view was a bit sad but the staff made up for it with their friendliness.

The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are compact yet comfortable and clean, with beautiful floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Service is friendly and accommodating for the most part, though some areas lack attentiveness. The central location is convenient but could be noisy at times. The dining options are decent but may need improvements. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

My stay at the hotel was cozy and quiet, with a comfortable bed in a compact yet spacious room featuring floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a generous king-sized bed, and a cleverly designed bathroom with full-height glass and electric-powered curtains. While the rooms were comfortable, they felt a bit tiny and not well-appointed for the rate. The service was exceptional, with a very helpful and professional staff. The location was prime, central to everything in a new and clean area close to Melbourne Central. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide variety on offer but needed to be kept warmer. The facilities were well-equipped and maintained.
